SIMON REFERRAL PROGRAM

The Simon Referral Program is our method of finding top talent for our clients and rewarding those who help connect us to successful candidates. With our referral incentives, everyone benefits.

It is our policy (see terms and conditions) to pay a $1,000 referral fee to persons who refer a skilled candidate who is hired for one of our open positions. Additionally, our staffing agency offers a $1,000 referral fee to persons who refer a company and hiring manager to Simon Recruiting. After the referral is hired, we will send you a check.

If you have friends, spouses, neighbors, or someone in your network suitable for one of our vacant positions, fill out the form to start the referral process.

Terms & Conditions: Referral candidates cannot be available through traditional job boards. The basis of the referral program is to refer candidates who are not on the open market. Referral fees paid are limited to the first two positions filled for new candidates and employers.
