Founder & Managing Partner

After graduating from the University of Kentucky, Chris started his professional career at one of the "Big Four" accounting firms and moved on to work for regional firms in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. He has many years of experience in public accounting.

Early in his career, Chris learned the importance of finding a workplace that aligns with his vision and goals and wanted to help others do the same. He was actively involved in campus recruiting efforts for his employers, and he developed a passion to help people in making pivotal career decisions and better career choices by working extensively with internal recruiting teams.

Chris leverages his diverse and extensive experience in public accounting to understand the needs of his candidates and clients to achieve the best outcome for both parties.
